Toitures Trois Étoiles Inc., a leader in heritage, commercial, industrial, and institutional roofing, is a family-owned company with more than 250 employees.

With experience gained since its founding in 1964, Toitures Trois Étoiles Inc. carries out more than 100 projects every year, with scope and complexity increasing each season.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This key role involves coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Director of Operations, the person in this position will be responsible for:

  • Opening projects;
  • Preparing material purchase orders;
  • Following up on the project schedule;
  • Following up on billing and warranties with the project coordinator;
  • Monitoring project changes and deficiencies;
  • Closing projects;
  • Ensuring communication between the different departments;
  • Clearly and accurately communicating the necessary information to superintendents and project managers.

  • Conflict management;
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Requirements 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.
